I had used a previous lender that claimed they were experienced in processing VA loans, but due to their lack of knowledge, the loan for the home I wanted fell thru.? After finding Dean, I was still a little leery of lenders claiming they knew how to process a VA loan, but Dean and his staff worked with us daily, if not hourly, to collect all the required paperwork. What is even more impressive is that Dean was able to process our loan within the 30 day requirement by the seller over the Christmas holiday period.
